Refund policy
If you need to return an item, you must notify Machines Plus no later than 7 days after receiving your order. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us if there are any errors.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned within 60 days of purchase to the address advised by Machines Plus (this may be the AS Colour warehouse from which the product originated).
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated is non-returnable - even in cases where there has been a picking error. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Sample orders
A sample order is deemed as any order under 5 items. Sample orders cannot be refunded.
Restocking fee
Orders under $200 are subject to a $20 restocking fee, whilst orders over $200 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This applies to items that have been incorrectly ordered by the customer or are being returned because they are no longer needed. This fee is to cover AS Colour’s time spent counting in, checking the goods for marks, re-folding, and placing each size back into the correct warehouse locations.
Refunds/credits
Before any credit or refund is made the item/s must be returned to the location as advised by Machines Plus (this may be directly to AS Colour or to Machines Plus). Once the item/s is received it will be assessed by AS Colour or Machines Plus.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the action that AS Colour has decided to take (whether that’s replacing faulty or missing items, or processing a refund).
Item/s that have been returned where the end user has not followed our Returns Policy will not be credited and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Item/s that have been returned with a fault and no fault is found will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Machines Plus will not issue a credit to the customer before the supplier credit has been issued to Machines Plus.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
The original delivery charge cannot be refunded unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products, and then a partial refund may be offered.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
