Shipping policy
Processing & Handling Fee for AS Colour and Gilden
A $30 processing & handling fee applies separately to orders from AS Colour and Gildan. This means:
• If you order from both AS Colour & Gildan, you’ll be charged $60.
• If you order from just one, you’ll be charged $30.
All AS Colour and Gildan garments are dropshipped directly from their respective warehouses.
Order & Shipping Details:
• Orders placed with Machines Plus by 12pm AEST will be lodged the same day with AS Colour or Gildan. Orders placed after 12pm will be lodged the following business day.
• Most in-stock orders placed with AS Colour or Gildan by 12pm will ship same day, but once lodged, fulfillment is out of our control.
In some instances, you will be offered more than one shipping option. Select the one that best suits you. At other times there will only be one option offered.
Standard shipping
Rates will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method selected. All rates shown are standard shipping; if express shipping is required, please contact Machines Plus directly at orders@machinesplus.com.au or 1300 167 587.
Standard shipping times are:
- VIC, NSW, SA & ACT metro - overnight
- QLD & TAS metro - 2 days
- WA & NT metro - 5 days
Areas outside of these zones have the possibility of an extra day in transit.
Please note that delays with the courier or post are beyond the control of Machines Plus and AS Colour. Neither party accepts any responsibility for delays.
Free shipping
Free shipping is automatically offered when you spend $1500 (excl. GST) or more on garments. This covers standard shipping only; express shipping is available at an additional cost.
